Overview
Astraeus Health Connect is a personal integration that connects the Hermes AI agent to Google Health API, allowing natural-language queries about your Fitbit and health tracking data. It is a private, single-user tool.
What It Does
- Reads your activity and fitness data from Google Health (steps, heart rate, sleep, workouts, etc.)
- Reads your health metrics and measurements (weight, body composition, blood pressure, etc.)
- Answers natural-language questions about your health data trends
- Generates periodic summaries and insights
Data Handling
- Read-only access — no data is written, modified, or deleted
- No third-party sharing — data is fetched on-demand and displayed only to the authorized user
- No storage — health data is not persistently stored; OAuth tokens are stored securely for API access
- No training — health data is never used for AI model training
